The take up of the SUCCESS’ solutions on a wider European level will be guaranteed through the project’s Enlarged Transfer Programme (ETP) addressing 12 selected non-partner cities through three International Joint Transfer Exercise Workshops in different European areas.
Previously, a first workshop will be organised at regional level on 20 September 2017 in Bologna gathering construction and transport companies as well as public actors from the Emilia-Romagna region in order to present and discuss the SUCCESS Unique Selling Points in terms of project solutions, best practices, tools, methodologies and lessons learned that can improve the construction logistics. The workshop is organised by the Institute for Transport and Logistics in cooperation with Emilia-Romagna Region.
The SUCCESS project targets the construction industry as one of the largest consumers of urban freight transport. A more innovative approach to construction logistics and supply chain management could help reduce negative impacts and increase productivity and transport efficiency in the sector. SUCCESS is financed by the H2020 programme and part of the CIVITAS Urban Freight Cluster.
